Changes to hair and skin can be one of the more difficult side effects of long-term illness and treatment. Over time, I began using gentle oils as part of my routine to support hydration, comfort, and care — especially for thinning hair and dry skin.
The oils listed below are commonly used by many women and I have used myself are shared here for educational purposes and personal experience only.
